Hi, I'm Kristina, I'm 29 years old, 5 feet tall and about 53kg.
I never had any interest in sports until about 5 years ago when I learned to swim for the first time. After that I became optimistic that maybe I didn't have to be the weak speck I'd always assumed was my fate. These days I can do full pushups, bodyweight squats, and planks up to 1 minute.
I've never tried weightlifting but I want to. Nice to meet you all and looking forward to training together :3
