hey everyone! i'm lucan 
first off, i'm really glad that this community exists and that i happened to stumble across it. i have pretty much no experience with any of this stuff, and i'm looking to improve my strength and overall fitness too. i too am going after my first pull up, although i am very, very far from it. the articles and videos so far have been extremely informative and helpful, and i'm looking forward to learning more from everyone here!
