Okay hello! I'm Ani, you may recognize me from around tumblr or wordpress or other forums um. I've battled w/ food issues since puberty? So one of my biggest fears wrt to working out is that I'm not taking in enough/the right kind of nutrients and I will get sick and pass out. It's a hard balance to keep but I really want to lift and get some strength. I also have some medical issues that just make it kind of hard to do things. I'm REALLY weak right now cause I spent the last year um......mostly just laying in bed or on the couch. My heart rests at 95 bpm and we think it's caused by my PTSD, but the doctors (SPECIALISTS EVEN...AT THE BEST HOSPITAL IN THE US...) told me to just "wait it out" and "join a softball team" even though I've passed out a lot of times due to bad nutrition and my heart getting up to 165 from just walking down the stairs...so I feel like telling me to "join a softball team" was terrible advice. Though I did actually do it, I only lasted 2 wees before I had to quite. Anyhoo!! I have a poodle puppy named Petra and a betta named Rey and I'm kind of a nerd. hey!! It's nice to see you here too I'm glad I joined! I finally have a regular schedule at work so I can get on some kind of schedule w/ working out.
