Hey all, Found this place through tumblr. Pretty much just starting my fitness routine trying to incorporate a healthier diet and working on cardio. I'm about 5'4 and weigh roughly 100 lbs soaking wet. Looking improve my cardio and strength, Bulk up a bit really and want to build up my arms. Would like to learn some new exercise and proper diet to build muscle. Was really excited to find this site.
