I’m about to go into my senior year of college and I’ve been lifting consistently inconsistently for almost a year now. I could never commit to going to the gym until I discovered the free weights section and it changed everything. My goals are to gain strength and muscle enough to do more for myself and protect myself.
I love this blog because it’s the only one I’ve seen that cuts through all the male catered bs on other women’s fitness pages. So that’s me. Hi
