I am on old person who has a bunch of injuries. I am out of shape and want to start getting more healthy. I used to like to lift weights, and wanted to strength train in the past but it was hard with having no one to train with and being treated like I was unwelcome at gyms. I don't know how far my body will let me progress with all its broken places, and I have been having many ups and downs with living conditions. I am also nerdy and awkward.
