Hello everyone!
Figured I'd finally introduce myself, I suspect my reasons for being here are less common but I'm excited for it none the less.
I play roller derby, and want to improve my strength to be better at the game. Agility and endurance are equally important, but I've struggled with strength all my life. I've still never done a full push up despite huge improvements in the last year! I'll be wanting to focus on being fit for purpose, rather than the aesthetics of muscle gain.
So I'm probably not aiming for the same heavy weights or muscle growth as other women here, but I've felt so motivated to better myself by amazon strength. I already feel at home here because I don't have a second thought about being a lesbian or GNC, this space is for us.
I should probably also mention I do have a big interest in lifting weights! I tremendously enjoy it and the little biceps I'm getting. It just might not feature as heavily in my training because of the sport thing.
I'm rambling now. Looking forward to being a part of it!

Welcome! I'm so glad that you found us, and it sounds like Amazon Strength is totally the place for you! I can't wait to read about your training and for you to see the whole site in a couple days
